Useless Information and a Photo

This was from a coworker, but I modified it a bit. If you’re a office worker drone bee like me, you could make prep these for the entire work week on a Sunday very easily. This isn’t super high-calorie, so if you’re a bigger fellow or lady, you might want to double this up. On that note, I don’t really eat breakfast but this is a good portion for a lunch if I were trying to lose weight.

Full disclosure, for some reason, as an irrelevant aside: I am roughly 10 pounds overweight right now, going by the standard BMI chart. For sure, there are issues with the BMI chart, but 10 pounds feels accurate in my particular case. It doesn’t account for muscle weight like the FFMI, but even though I am in decently non-enhanced (steroids) athletic shape, my muscle weight isn’t going to factor in much to begin with. I’d be in a pretty good situation, weight-wise, if I were marching 20 miles a day with a Roman legion, on my way to butcher some Carthaginians in the coolness of the northern Italy’s flatlands. That’ll probably happen next season, though.
